Thin Air Drone Services is a small business in Sykesville, Maryland that delivers professional grade aerial imagery and accurate data. Every day we strive to be better and help take our clients to new heights by incorporating drone imagery and data into their projects and make their business stand out.
About Thin Air
We began utilizing small Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS or drones) in 2015 to capture aerial imagery for local farms around Carroll County, Maryland.
In January, 2018 we wanted to be able to share our services with other companies and property owners.
Our pilots are Part-107 certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and have backgrounds in: real estate photography, remote sensing, surveying, agriculture, land use planning and more.

Inspection & analysis
Looking Deeper
Using the latest technology, we are able to quickly and accurately provide data that used to require boots on the ground. Inspections of roofs and chimneys can now all be done safely from the ground. We perform routine flyovers for progress tracking of job sites or changes in landscape.
